If you read about our zoo trip a few posts down then you probably know that I missed out on an opportunity to get face-to-face with a giraffe and feed it. Since then, I've been dead set on getting back over there to do it. Thankfully, Crystal is a zoo member and can bring family members in for free....so I took on the role of Crystal's "sister in law" and made my dream of feeding a giraffe into a reality!

ReplyDeleteLook how big his head is-it's as long as your upper body!! That is a massive animal...and one I'd love to have in my backyard!! So jealous of your feeding frenzy. My experience being licked by a giraffe doesn't compare to being as close as you were. :) Sigh.
